Effective from 17th December 2012, the Office of Health Practitioner Registration Boards will operate from new premises at:

Forestry House
160 Mary Street
BRISBANE Qld 4000.

The Office postal address, email, facsimile and key contact telephone numbers remain unchanged.

Although the National Scheme has been fully implemented since 1 July 2012 the Office continues to provide administrative and operational support to the registration Boards for the two professions remaining for the present under the State regulatory scheme (Dental Technicians and Speech Pathologists).
